- **We can have up to 10 fielders at any given time - meaning we can have 5 outfielders. We have to be an efficient team and this includes following the chain of command and listening to the captains at all times. The 5 outfielders will be designated LF, LCF, MCF, RCF, and RF.** - The RCF and LCF must ALWAYS backup anything hit to the the 2B and SS; - The 1B should at least block the ball and not let the ball get away from him |

- The outfielders must ALWAYS BACK EACH OTHER UP even on the most routine hits or balls hit softly at them.
- ALWAYS CALL THE BALL FOR POP FLIES - i dont care if ur right under the ball and no1 is around u, just YELL I GOT IT or something so no1 else goes for it, and any1 else that might have time to get near the play is there to BACK YOU UP.
- Only upon the discretion of either of the two captains (Haseeb or Usman) may the defense change its alignment
- **The outfielders should always try to play back behind the ball and at least try to stop if if they are unable to catch it. Its better to catch the ball on a bounce and stop it with the runner getting a single or double, rather than risk missing the ball and letting it go past you and turning that hit into a triple or even an inside the park HR**
- The outfielders should hit cutoff men when deep in the outfield (preferably the SS or 2B) and not try to throw it all the way in to the infield to make a play
- The batters should NOT try to hit homers, but either to aim ur hits if possible, or to hit HARD base hits with LEVEL SWINGS! - no upper cuts. This will make the running the bases easier for those on base, it will hopefully enable us to advance some runners, and it will force their guys to throw the ball, which may help us get on base.
- All players not to fight against one another, especially after one of us makes a mistake. We must respect those who are in authority. No trash talking, no cheating. These guys we're playing against on Monday are well-tempered and decent minded. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE ADVICE OF THE CAPTAINS
- Do not let them score more than 2 runs an inning. We should try to score at least one run an inning. That means, if there's a running in scoring position (i.e. 2B/3B, then try to hit the ball away), so they can score. - if we have only 1 out or no outs and we have a runner on 3rd, well try to hit a deep ball so if anything the runner on 3rd can tag up and score. We have to play smart. Time and locate your hits as accurately as possible! PLAY SMART! AND ALWAYS LISTEN TO THE COACHES!!
- NO FIGHTING AND ABSOLUTELY NO ARGUING WITH UMPIRES - if anything LET ME KNOW AND AS CAPTAIN i will make the matter heard to them. NO MATTER WHAT PLAY IS CALLED , i expect u all to have the right adab and handle things properly. If you think the umpire made a real mistake (NOT JUDGMENT CALLS such as safe/out) but any other kind of mistake let me know and if the umpire still wont listen to be i will file a PROTEST and take it to upper management.
-At close plays YOU MUST SLIDE otherwise u will automatically be called out on a close call without any reconsideration. Also at the plate - u have to slide, no collisions with the catcher! i know this shouldn't be a problem and u all hustle and play hard and will slide and dive for plays and things of that nature during the game - ur emotions will get to u along with ur competitive sprits and this will all be natural insha'Allah if u don't want to slide and are not willing to play and hustle during the game u might want to question whether or not u really want to be on this team :-D - REMEMBER IF YOU DONT SLIDE ON A CLOSE PLAY U WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TAKEN OUT OF THE GAME AND REPLACED WITH SOMEONE ON THE BENCH.
